Patient leaflets that match the master, in every market.
Switch the leaflet to another language, then lay the approved master over it. Every box lands where it was: the warning, the dosage table, the numbered sections.

The same text, from the pharmacy shelf to the review desk.

On the shelf
One carton design per market, each from the same approved artwork.

In the print run
The translated file is the print file: same format, same folds, same panel sizes.

On the review desk
Reviewers lay the local leaflet beside the master and check wording, not layout.
What has to survive translation, and does.
- The boxed warning
- Stays a box, stays red, and stays the size the master gave it. The translation is fitted inside it rather than pushing it onto the next panel.
- ⚠Nicht mehr als 8 Tabletten in 24 Stunden.
- Dosage tables
- Rows, columns and header colour come back as they were. Numbers and units are protected, so 500 mg never becomes 50 mg.
対象 用量 成人 1回1~2錠 - Numbered sections
- Section 4 is still section 4 in every language, so reviewers can check the German against the master line by line.
4. Welche Nebenwirkungen sind möglich?
- Right-to-left editions
- Arabic and Hebrew leaflets mirror within each panel the way a native layout would, instead of right-aligning text on a left-to-right page.

A label change in twelve markets, start to finish.
Monday
The master is approved
Regulatory signs off the updated English leaflet and carton artwork.
Monday
Upload once
Send the leaflet (InDesign, Word or PDF) and the carton artwork, and pick the twelve market languages.
Tuesday
Twelve versions come back
Each one in the master's layout. The QA report points reviewers at the lines worth checking first.
This week
Local reviewers check wording
They review language against a layout they already approved, not a rebuilt document.
Next week
Print
The edited files are the print files: same format you sent, still editable.

Cartons and labels, from the same master artwork.
Upload the carton or label artwork as an Illustrator or Photoshop file. The text on it is translated and set back in the original style, so packaging for a new market starts from your approved artwork instead of a redraw.
Regulated phrases go in the glossary once and are used on every leaflet and carton.
Questions regulatory teams ask us
Does this replace regulatory review?
No. Pagebirdy gives your reviewers a correctly laid-out translation to approve; sign-off stays with your team.
Can we keep our own terminology?
Yes. Add terms to a glossary once and every translation in the workspace uses them, so product names, regulated phrases and house style stay the same across files and languages.
Do we get an editable file back?
Yes. You get the same file type you uploaded: an IDML opens in InDesign, a DOCX in Word, a PPTX in PowerPoint. Nothing is flattened into a PDF you can't change. The one exception is Photoshop: a PSD comes back as a flattened PNG.
Which languages can we translate into?
40+ languages, including right-to-left scripts. Arabic and Hebrew come back with the layout mirrored the way a native designer would set it, not just the text reversed.
